Not just excellent service but knowledge and support which are paramount not just in the professional domain that i work in but in this consumer market also.

Some providers / suppliers, sell as priority one and support as an afterthought. these guys explain, talk you through it and in my case with the firmware package, provided a very clear and consise document with blow by blow instructions
